I drink one every morning. I just use twice as much water to make the coffee because I don't want too much caffeine. I then add a packet of splenda, a little non-dairy creamer, a scoop of powder and stir. I then add ice and stir it up until it is nice and cold.

You can brew the coffee to whatever strength you want, but the two cups of water too one serving of coffee I use is just what I like in the mornings and fits in my cup. If you want it stronger you will have to play with the measurements of everything to match your taste.

pre-workout

^choc. works well. whatevery you like though...
Heres a shake recipe i see all the time but never tried it.

Mocha Shake:
6 oz. water (skip this IMO)
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
6-8 oz.. coffee*
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

You could use 12 oz. coffee and no water. I would do 6oz if coffee and skip the water. 12oz is too watery for a shake.
