getting your vegetables in

I've been trying to eat more greens in my diet but I suffer from a weak appetite. If I were to eat my protein/carbs then wait an hour or so to eat my vegetables, will I be losing anything? Would it relate specifically to whether I was bulking or cutting?

i dont think it would matter much. though i dont see where eating the veggies during the meal makes you so full that you cant eat them. they dont make me anymore full.

It's got me and my doctor stumped but I get full really easily and will feel nauseated for about 15 minutes after I eat a meal, sometimes fighting to keep it down. Being able to space it out helps. Go figure.

You could eat them in between meals - it wouldn't hurt anything. Just don't substitute them for your next meal.

Not all but several. My doctor's tried treating me for ulcers and acid reflux with meds but nothing's worked. Next time I go in to see him, we might push for an endoscopy.
