...but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it all day long! I'm being extra-strict, since 'cheat day' is really going to be more like a cheat week, as I'm heading to Las Vegas from Monday to Friday. Why can't I have a teeny, tiny appetite???

Bodybuilders dont want small appetites. You still should be eating 5-6 times a day, even if you're cutting.

Oh, I know....but having a 40gram whey isolate drink doesn't feel much like a meal, ya know? God, I miss the carbs something fierce!
