Turkey Ham Question

I had a question concerning Turkey ham. Right now im eating good, clean protein and little carbs. So far so good, leaning out a bit. Question was, I just had some egg-white boiled eggs right now. The I ate a slice of Lean Turkey ham. Its like 5grams of protein per serving but the sodium is at 500mgs per slice.

Is is too much sodium or can I just rinse it with water to get the excess water out of it and sodium, or it wont make a difference on it. I ask since ive been eating good these past 2 months dont wanna mess up the diet.

Well 1st question, what the hell is turkey ham?

Second, no you cant rinse off the sodium bro. The sodium is in the product itself not on the surface.

Good to see you around man, you should post more.

Unless you get them from a deli...But regular cold cuts that are packed, are garbage...I get mine from the local meat store...Nice and fresh....Not packed with all those additives/ingredients.
