Hey bro, good post.

Let me start out by saying that packing on muscle and losing bf is kinda tough when you are not running any AAS.

from 7:30am to 2:30pm you really aren't getting much protein at all. the 3 egg whites are only 9 grams of protein. dont count the protein in the bagel, or PB. they are not complete proteins.

post workout shake should have some carbs in it (dextrose, waxy maize, malto).

add some form of complete protein to the meals you are just eating a PB sandwich.

have you calculated how many cals you eating per day? if you eating way more then your body is using, you will gain muscle but also fat. if you are eating way less then your body is using you will lose fat but also muscle. the goal is to be just slightly over what you body is using.

thanks Bouncer for ur feedback. My pwo shake is low carb and contains 6g of carbs. I don't understand what is "complete protein" Our college cafe has grilled chicken, so i mite go ahead and buy 2 of those and eat it wit the pb sandwichs. My BMR is 2090. I was on a weight gainer for 2 weeks and that did help cuz i was drinking it 2 times a day and now i am lifting slightly heavier. Unfortunately, my weight suffered and i shot up to 201, and my freakin GUT is huge...b4 i had slight indentations of abs, now they're gone.

complete protein is a protein that has all the amino acids necessary for the body to use for building muscle. the protein in PB is lacking some amino acids. complete proteins are all forms of meat, chicken, fish, dairy, etc. incomplete proteins are, breads, PB, wheat, etc..

your gut getting huge tells me you were consuming way to many cals. weight gainer powders are shit IMO. nothing but sugar and garbage.

any reason why your post workout shake is low carb? out of any time of the day, that is the time that you should consume carbs.

Well a few years ago b4 i heard of this site, i did shitty reasearch and talked to some morons sayings carbs r bad, and u should not touch them. So, what i did was i bought "Nature's Best Whey Isolate Protein: Low Carb"...but now i know the importance of pwo carbs becuz ur body uses it, and stores it as glycogen, so thats y i know eat sweet potato pwo. I didn't know how important carbs were in a protein shake. So when i run out of my whey protein i will gladly buy protein wit sufficient amouts of carbs

I didn't mention that when i was taking the weight gainer i was constantly bloated.

you dont need a protein powder that has carbs bro. you can add carbs to the protein. for example mixing your protein shake with apple juice. sweet potatoes are carbs but they are slow digesting carbs. you want fast digesting carbs post work out to replace muscle glycogen. dextrose would be a better choice then apple juice (fructose).

WOW, good to know, thx. Where can i find dextrose from, the only juice i drink is Cranberry juice, besides that its water and gatorade (occasionally).

OK, so basically to sum up, i just need to add some complete protein and a monosaccaride pwo. So would u say everything else is good? What is ur thought on taking amino acid pills every few hours?

Dextrose can be bought from supplement stores and also grocery stores etc.

As for your diet, if it were me I would change many things but I know a lot of people just wont or cant do that. For example, I would replace the begals and breads you are eating with things like Oats, brown rice etc.

IMO, amino acid pills are not necessary.
