I drink fortified rice dream & can't have most dairy products.
Most people don't realize they're dairy intolerant because they might not have sever symptoms. However, if your body is merely tolerating dairy products to pass through.. how are you benefitting from them? The only thing that's happening is you're putting your immune system into overdrive.

i think that when bulking it's ok to drink skim milk. when cutting it's a bad idea because of all the sugar. but it's packed with calcium and other vitamins that really 'do a body good'.

yogurt and cheese are low in lactose, yogurt has good bacteria for your stomach. IMO dairy products are fine in moderation as long as they are low fat or fat free. Cottage cheese is a great source of protein.
