I'm on the American diet...I just drink a diet coke with everything I eat to cancel out the calories.

Now I have to get back to eating these little chocolate donuts.

High protein, low carb..

I start out by eating at every meal at least 50g each of carbs/protein, and I use olive oil, flax, and CLA as my only fat source.. Right now, my carbs are down to about 80-90g a day, protein is up around 300g, and fats are steady around 20g daily..

Dropping the carbs slowly over time makes it easier to cut without cardio, and wwe all know how I just HATE cardio!

My carbs are based around my pre/post workout meals, so pretty much I eat protein all day until an hour before I lift, and 45min. after..

True, which is why my fats are so high..

Cuts down my carb cravings, bigtime.. Alittle Ephedrine with my fatburner never hurts, unless you're an out of shape baseball player..

Milk is on my "can't have" list...

I just add more fats, having 4 tablespoons each of olive, and flax with 5g CLA helps out alot..

I eat around 350-380g of protien, 100-150g of carbs, and 85-120g of fat. It works out to around 45% protein, 20% carbs, and 35% fat

My first year of competing, I ate nearly nothing.. The guy helping me out wasn't clear on what I should/should not eat.. I was draggin' ass on 1900 cals a day!! My heaviest was 165, highest placing was 6th in a natural show.. Last year, after a severe case of bulking, I figured out what worked and what didn't.. I did mini-cutting diets, just to figure out what I was doing wrong last time.. My "can't have" list is as follows:

Milk- The carbs bloat me, regardless of fat content.

Sweets- Obviously, you won't get ripped eating Krispy Kreme..

Enriched Foods- Too much starch, insulin field day with white rice, white potato, any processed foods..

Fried/breaded foods- Soaked in grease, not until off-season..

Pizza- In moderation, not a bad choice, but I really try to hold off until after prejudging..

Soft drinks- Adds sugar to the diet, not needed.. If I want sugar, I eat 3 cups pineapple chunks..

My "can have" list is simple:
Lean beef, chicken breast, turkey(cold cuts or ground), tuna, celery, lettuce, brocholli, sweet potato, yam, pineapple..
