Soy Sauce alternative

Does anyone know of a good soy sauce alternative? Something that tastes the same but without the sodium content.

i really cant think of anything. soy sauce pretty much taste like pure salt. lol. you can get lower sodium soy sauce. you really don't need to be worried about your sodium intake though for your goals.

well then your goals would be different wouldn't they. for someone that dosent have a history of heart problems and is trying to put on some muscle, salt really isn't a big concern. sure, you dont want to be eating a shit load everyday. but a normal amount each day is fine. sodium is essential for the body.
