Diet check
Do you guys and gals mind lookin at this and givin your input?
9:00am 6 egg whites 2 eggs scrambled. (shake)2 scoops whey, 2 tbs natty PB, flax seedoil, bananna,3/4 cups oats, 12oz soy milk. 12:00 6-8oz chickin breast 2 cups brown rice 3:00 6-8oz buffalo meat 2 slices Ezekial bread 4:15 workout 5:30 PWO shake cyto gainer made by muscle milk 6:00-6:30 what ever is cooked always protein based 8:00-900 6-8 oz chickin brest 1 cup green beans 10:00-11:00 before bed casin protein 39yrs old 240-245lbs depends on the day 12%+ bf not on cycle and very depressed with weight and BF% tryin to use diet better when off. I think I had a very bad post cycle I have never crashed this bad before. it could also be that im not on GH witch is a first for about 6 years. any help would be cool thanks for your time |

Well, I think your diet is damn near perfect all I would add is maybe little more flaxseed oil in to couple of more meals and have a piece of (6-8oz) fish at least once a day. I personally like to have the fish as the last meal of the day I know my body likes fish oil before bed time because I can always see changes next morning after having a piece of fish for dinner.

My only comment/opinion is maybe have the shake first, in water, then being cooking your eggs, etc. I like the idea of a 100% whey based shake FIRST think in the morning to antagonize the catabolism suffered during sleep. Thats me being picky though, overall nice blueprint!

I would add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to that last shake. You also need more PWO carbs. Get some fish oil or fish oil caps and take 15-20 grams per day divided up in 4-5 gram servings with other meals.
