Ive had great success with BSN products... using a couple right now. The unfortunate aspect of the supplement world is the claims theyre allowed to make. Notice everything says "not regulated by the FDA". You see some wacky things and of course the outrageous claims on a lot of ads, or on the bottle/tub. Pretty embarrassing.

Thanks at least i know why creatine dont work for me now! i have been using no-xplode for a long time and just got the nitrix. i will say on there behalf i got the no-explode for the energy before workouts and the creatine was just a plus. it does get me jacked before my workout. but i never seen any size or weight gain. I got the nitrix to see if that would help but mostly just for the placebo effect of takin something.

yep, yj said it all all those supp companies can claim whatever they want - they dont adhere to fda regulations.
do a search on apex products - i think their stuff is fda regulated - i may be wrong but im pretty sure

yea some supplements are so ridiculous. this kid that goes to my gym was talking about this product hes trying called "Muscle Asylum Project" i looked at their website and was blown away at all the ingredients that they put into it. when they add things like: "Xanthinol Nicotinate - Trichilia catigua powder (bark)" ...it makes me wonder.
