hard gainer ?
Did my first show back in sept. now I 'd like to put on some more mass. My problem is I have a very high metabolisim and have plateued for the last two years and it is impossible for me to eat anymore clean carbs an calories " i eat clean and I eat like a horse".
I know the key to me gaining more mass is to increase my calorie intake My question is should I turn to junk Like fast food and weight gainers to achieve this? |

im kinda in your situation - eat very clean - trying to gain lean mass - for me it is hard to get enough clean calories to put on lean mass - you almost have to say fuck it - get big and soft - and then cut up (btw - all natural now, that changes quite a bit)
just my experiences - everyones different and im sure you are gonna get different perspectives |

you could turn to "clean junk". what i mean is, hamburgers, cheese steaks, etc.. cheat foods that have a high level of protein can be very helpful in putting on muscle mass. cheat foods such as ice cream, fries, and shit like that serve no purpose though.

add some healthy fats and some nuts. one cup peanuts and 3 tbsp. olive oil a day will add approx. 1100 cals. to your daily total calories without having to eat any fast food!

I would imagine that he is not eating enough to add the weight he is looking for. I think it is easier to cut weight then it is to add. It's sucks trying to force down another chicken and rice meal when you already feel like your going to explode. I've heard guys say they can't put weight on before and then when I hear what they're eating it makes sense why. I'd like to see sargnt sustanon's diet. |

this is probably the easy thing for him to do. add some natural peanut butter, little bit of food, a lot of calories

When you are a hard gainer adding a little bit of healthy fats really dosent cut it. you need to pound the calories.
