Gotcha, what else does fish oils do beside lower cholesteral???

flax wouldn't hurt, IMO you and B arent taking enough of the fish oil to benefit. 1g per pill, I take 5 with a meal the doesnt have any fat, usually twice a day.

Well i can add some flax, it won't hurt me at all

As far as taking 10 fish oil caps a day, that may be pushing it

you are going to the other side of the extreme. 5 years time we could find out that to much fish oil causes a rare type of muscle waisting disease or some shit.

I am taking in the same amount of fish oil that gave our ancestors benefits for the last few 1000 years.
