Here is a review of my diet. I have downed calories somewhat significantly since last time for the reason that I don't think I'm losing consistently. I ballooned up this week 6 pounds. So:
1 cup cooked oatmeal 6 egg white 1 whole egg banana or apple or orange (This meal is 3 times a day) 7oz chicken 1/2 cup brown long grain rice 1 small stalk of broccoli or 1 cup asparagus PWO shake that is essentially 376 calories 5oz chicken 1 small stalk of brocolli |

how about switching some of the rice to veggies or salad and switching that last chicken meal for fish. you dont seem to be getting many good fats.

I take fish oil pills. I would rather take some of the chicken out of the picture and add a little avocado than do away with the rice. As for switching the last meal to fish...I don't like fish haha. I could consider lean beef, its just hard to prepare that in advance for me. However, if you think that is a good idea, what about changing the last meal to lean ground beef and taking 1 or two of the chicken meals and making it 5 oz w/ about a half an avocado, rice and broc, instead of hose it is now?

I don't know why, I was losing consistently for like 4 or 5 weeks, then I got on the scale and I had gained 6 pounds. Problem being, I think, I weighed myself at a different time that day. My friend told me that can make a huge difference. I'm hoping that is true.
