What do all of you eat or take in order to get your Healthy Fats in ED?
Just the other day I started to eat Almonds and Walnuts...Make my farts smell even worse

just like everyone else, i get them from the healthy sources.
lets also be clear though, animal fats (saturated) are also important fats for health and growth.

Yes - I've found that if I can switch up from the leaner sources of chicken and fish and stick with things like red meat for short periods of time (or even just incorporating them in my meals daily for a while) that I can get some decent growth I wouldn't see otherwise...
