Crystal Light
I get so sick of drinking water all the time and like to mix it up a bit...I have been drinking the crystal light mix recently as it says zero calories and no sugar no carbs..but after i drink it I feel a bit bloated so it makes me think it can't be all that great for me....Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Maybe its the flavor your using because I drink almost a gallon of lemonade a day and it doesn't bother me ...
