I eat this everyday for about 1 1/2 months
my basal metabolic rate is 2468 cals
I weighed in at 244 and 12.2% body fat (im usally around 250lbs)
I will be finding out how many cals I burn durring kick boxing and weight training
I want to be around 10% BF
first thing Im gonna cut is the weight gainer and just drink regular whey untill I find out my cals better.
any thoughts?

that first meal, are you eating just the eggas for protein? if so, its not 48 grams of protein. whole eggs have 7-8 if they are extra large. whites about half that. i would throw some carbs in first thing with that meal to jump start your metabolism. just my opinion though

i think you should start your diet as you have it and THEN adjust it...there is no point in making adjustments until you know how you will feel on a given diet. if your carbs are too low you will know it quickly. I for one feel okay on low carbs and the flat weak feeling is more a mental block for some guys because they don't get that full blood gorge pump all the time but in the context of cutting you should remember your goal. and you can always adjust up and down as you go.

you could be right I found the info on a web site. the same site gave me some other bad info in meal #2 it said banana was 150 cals and another site said it was onlt 60cals. lol mabe the first site meant with the peel????
anyways if you notice after meal #1 30 mins latter (actuall about 15 mins) I have the shake witch is off by 100 cals due to the bad info on the banana. so Im gettin way more protein than I can digest anyways and it also has the carbs you wanted in there.
