sunday shit
Hello boys..i've one question for you!!
i'm 2 week out from contest ( i've it on 1 june and may be other comp. also on 8 june ..is my first contest!! ) , but if on sunday i add some keckups on my chicken breast is a problem ?? could ruin the preparation? for you?? ![]() or i can put some of it on my chiken. . . |

I say leave it, if your feeling low add some carbs or have an apple early in the day. Its not worth it now bro you want that skin as thin as possible with no water retention on the day so clouding it now would be silly.

ok thanks Mr incredible... i've put some of it on my chicken...
from monday i've this plan: breackfast; 360gr white eggs + 1 entire egg 50gr oatmeal 20gr penout cream BIO meal II; 150gr chicken mea lIII; 80 basmati rice 380gr chicken salas 6 nuts meal IV; 200gr chicken meal V; 480 chicken or red beef salad 6 muts meal VI; 150gr chicken Post workout 15gr glutammine breackfast 15gr glutammine before bed 20gr glutammine usually i done 2 workout a day with cardio 20mins HIT in the morning / 25mins HIT after workout in the afternoon , but to next week my prep. have pud cardio and for you what is the best workout for now? i write my usual workout; first workout before breackfast at 6.00AM + cardio + abs as usual & second workout in the afternoon 6.00PM + cardio + abs my usual workout was this; monday; Chest +abs+20hit MORNING / Biceps + abs +25hit AFTERNOON Tuesday; Back +abs +20hit MORNING / finish back + calf + abs+25hit AFTERNOON Wednesday; only cardio 45mins no hit before breackfast Thursday; legs + abs +20hit MORNING / femoral + calf + 25hit + abs AFTERNOON Friday; Delt + abs + 20hit MORNING / abs+25hit AFTERNOON Saturday; only cardio 45mins no hit before breackfast Sunday; rest day but now? for you what is the best? work twince a week the same group?? or . . . THANKS, i think today to listen also my prep and i hope him have an answer ready for me for do this last 2 week before competition.... see later! |

it really depends on your condition. i mean if you are spot on now or two lean you could have more then catchup. but if you still have some work to do in terms of diet, i would stick to your exact plan.

No quite sure what else your asking bro, are you asking in terms of training aswell. What do you have planned?
Generally I'd stick to what you have planned and just make sure you stop training with like 2 days before your competition. You seem quite low carbs so I presume you will just carb up for a couple days before the competition day. By the loks of you diet you are very strict on calories and particluarly already. Don't go too low or you will lose muscle
