i hear what you are saying, not saying what you are doing is bad. i just personally feel that sugar disrupts the body's processes of digesting/using food.

pretty lean now but since i came off the tren a month ago i started noticing a little fat gain.
i will just have to wait and evaluate, if i start getting to lean i will have to add in 1 more meal etc.. i dont like to count numbers etc.. i like to see how i look from week to week and adjust the diet from there. |

might be adding a half cup of rice more to meal 4. was feeling a little hungry between meal 4 and 5 yesterday.

222 at one and 217 at the jr -- idealy i should be about 20 lbs lighter right now -- would like to compete as a super in the future -- but hate how i look and feel at this point

yea, sounds like you hold to much weight in the off season. i would probably be heavier then you on stage at the same bf% as it stands now. time to lean down bro, the old way of putting on a bunch of worthless weight in the off season just doesn't work. look at that guy trey, he was a fat ass in the off season and came in the Jr Nats looking like shit.
