You two need to post your measurements - I'm fluctuating between 235 and 240 at 5'8" with roughly 8.5%-9.0% right now but I feel TINY - maybe if I had measurements to compare myself to I would have a better grasp on where I stand - usual stuff like arms/shoulders/chest/waist/hips/thighs/calves would be great....

i will pass on that. measurements fuck with my mind. i wear like a 30 waist pant size if that helps. lol

i would like to hear what you have to say about the diet also. things you would change etc..

i am probably going to add in a flank steak meal in there.

My waist is right around that 30" mark but I can't wear anything smaller than a 38 pant - my a$$ and thighs won't let me

If you're truly cutting I wouldn't have ANY liquid meals - I'll look at it more in depth tomorrow though...

Flank steak would be a great last meal - it's a nice way to end the day as well seeing that it is one of the few meals I ever look forward to....

yes you can, you just havent found the right pants. a 38 pant would look like i was walking around with a potato sack around my waist. that has to look like shit bro.

i have found a few different brands but the jean that fits me best is called Levis Loose boot cut. its hard to find a 30 waist in them but i have managed to snag a pair or 2.

You think I haven't looked - lmao...

I have a pair of those - they're 36's but don't fit in the thighs at all anymore....

I've just resorted to having a tailor take them up - he only charges me $10 a pair now that I've established steady business with him......

horse shit, you have that exact cut of jeans? not calling you a liar just think you are confused as to what kind of jean you have. # 1, a 36 waist in those jeans are so big that you would have to fold them over around the waist with a belt and it would look like absolute shit. #2 i have seen your contest pics and your legs have decent size. but unless you store all your weight in your legs in the off season i don't think they are any bigger then mine. i dont understand how you can have a 30 inch waist and yet were jeans that are 36-38??

yea, cant do 7-8 whole food meals. sits in my stomach to long and bloats me up to the point that it interferes with workout etc..

Don't horse sh*t me horse sh*tter...

Why would I be motivated to bullsh*t about my jean size????

I already told you my legs hold a lot of my weight and where I lean out last in a contest diet and the first place I gain after BUT my A$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is where I hold a LOT of my jean size - my thighs pull in my pants because my a$$ pulls on the rest - and yes - I have that exact cut of jeans along with about 10 other pairs I've bought and had tailored over the last two years of growing......

I don't understand it either - it just *is* bro....

(Yet another reason I wanted to know everyone's measurements )

I can sympathize with that but I've found some carbs sit better with me than others - too much oats and I am the same way (gluten maybe??) - too much brown rice and I feel sick - sweet potatoes seem to do the best with bloating for me and that's all I can stomach for carb loading come showtime - they're just the my least favorite to eat

well fuck. just be careful then that you don't let them overpower your upper body. might want to think about cutting out squats for a bit.
