i dont agree with this -- i have shakes right up to the last 6 weeks then change to all whole food --

was still getting up at midnight coming into jr usa and taking in a protein shake

No it is not a good source of healthy fats because it is basically ground up garbanzo beans but you'll get some protein from it(not much tho), in fact to make it pasty like that they might use either little bit of mayo or plain yogurt, but I wouldn't worry about since the amount they use is do small.( I know because I watch my mom make it all the time )

yup. changed 2 things slightly. took out the 1/4 cup of oats in the morning. so now its just a cup. also took out the half cup of rice in meal 5 so now its just 1 cup.
