I'm in complete agreeance with B bro...

Up the fats and carbs for sure - if it doesn't work the way you want you can always manipulate the nutrient ratios later - if you lose muscle though it's a LOT harder to get back....

The only thing I *think* should change that hasn't been mentioned is that meal 7 should have some carbs IMO - it's still a PWO meal in my opinion and needs carbs......

Of course that would mean meal 8 could be carb free just to be safe....

On a side not - since you're "clean" now are you messing with slin or anything *legal* like that now????

What about Arginine? Todd had you taking a lot of that stuff while cutting at one point too didn't he?

I've been arguing that with you for a while - too bad I didn't tell you I learned it from Palumbo a long time ago you asshat

hey fog -- yes i will be incorperating slin at some point - i spoke with someone extensivly on the slin subject over the weekend-- also 3 other things i will not mention on the boards -- arginine is and will always be a part of my setups -- todd does have some great ideas like the glutamine aswell -- bouncer you should read up more on glutamine -- its good for the stomach aswell which is a huge plus since mine is so fucked up -

my goal is to keep working at my weak points - have to be smarter about it as i cant add certain supps to help achieve that on a greater scale -- i will compete at masters nationals in 2 years -- need to keep myself in check for the time being --

thanks for your input bro --
