Thanks FH...
I am going to be cutting, naturally for now and FH is helping me. I am moving out east on the 2nd and will begin my diet on the 3rd. Right now I'm 5'11" or there abouts, 240lbs, 18% or so (fuck, too many 'goodbye beers' with friends). I will keep this updated as I go and may even post pics if I can summon the courage.

I've given up bodybuilding and beginning competitive eating. I aim to dethrown that Japanese guy. The training is hard, but it's worth it. Actually, it took me a while to find a gym but I'm on track. Down to 235 and no strength losses. An inch off the middle so far. As soon as I can befreind one of the giants in my new gym I think I'll hit the sauce again, but aim to keep gains really lean this time. I've decided that walking around at 250 is a bit too big for me, so I'm going to aim for 235-240 lean.

btw..ran the stairs in my building last Friday (after legs on Thursday) and I thought my calves had exploded. Fuck, they're still sore. I may go back for more today...lol.

Next cycle check?
Last cycle was straight test 500mg/week. I got to 250, but wasn't particularly lean because I was just trying to cram as many calories in as possible. This time I'm looking to add little to no fat at the expense of some muscle. With that in mind I thought I'd try test/tren as i've heard that tren gains are solid and that it leans some guys out. test 500-800mg/week 1-16 tren 300mg/week 1-14 a-dex .5 eod or as needed. nolva/clomid for pct. Hope to have everything in place by late sept/early Oct... thoughts?

how long have you been training? if your just getting back into it, i'd hold off for a couple months. see what you can do after a layoff, and high risk of injury when you jump right into it. juice isnt a fix all - your cardio and diet need to be spot on

that being said - cycle looks solid and well put together. tren has always seemed to help me look more vascular

i've been seriously training for about 10 years, ad this last lay-off was 2 weeks or so. What I let slip was my diet over the early summer. My numbers are still there, and while I'm a bit smaller and fatter, I've been told it's hardly noticible...lol.

i gotcha. in that case your cycle looks spot on. i cant think of anything to add. i would always run orals the first 3 weeks or so to jump start my cycle, but probably unnecessary

well the diet is going well...still have lots of energy and pushing decent weight at the gym. I've begun climbing the stairs in my building for cardio...it sucks. I'm down to about 233 or there abouts.

Good to hear bro - just let the diet/cycle do their magic - you should end up somewhere near the 220 mark around 6%-7% if all goes as planned. You don't need to get any leaner than that so when/if you do just keep recycling the Week 10/Week 4 versions of your diet outline - I didn't include a 2 week diet plan simply because you'll get too lean for everyday expectations...
I would suggest you go back to the Week 16 plan at the end of your cycle to keep from blowing back up but not losing muscle when coming off either. Stick to that for a month or two after the cycle and then we'll come up with something else to help you on a clean bulk and keep you around/below the 10% mark while still making gains.... |

I'm down to between 229-234 depending on time of day, water, etc. I'm getting the top part of my abs and serratus showing which is nice. Keeping strength and even improving in some areas...I think I may even have a new stretch mark in my armpits...which makes me think good things are happening. Only setback is that I think I may have developed a stress fracture in my foot...it hurts to walk at all. I did some bike for cardio today to work around it, but am worried a bit about legs day. Not on the sauce yet....wiating until I hit a plateau.

Update...
Haven't weighed myself in a while, as it messes with me too much. Abs are coming in, waist is narrowing from the sides...not getting the cardio I'd like, but still getting it in about 3x a week or so. Every morning, I look longingly at my gear, sitting in my dresser and then move on. Until the stress fracture in my foot is healed completely (and I can squat again) I won't go on...and the gf won't let me pick up any hgh to speed the process...lol.

ok...another update...
but first, Coffee-guy? WTF? When did that happen? Ok I'm down to about 12% or so based on looks and 225. I'm going to start my cycle Monday, I've waited a long time with gear sitting in my house, but I had some nagging injuries that I wanted to rehab before jumping on...it's been a test of patience for sure. Another question...I feel that I have a wide waist. Not quite Coture wide, but not as narrow as I'd like. Is there anything to be done about this?

only thing you can do is create an illusion. keep the fat off and stay pretty lean. get those shoulders and quads as big and wide as you can.

fair enough...
hey I have another question...the gear I'm using is 400mg/ml. I'm doing 2 injects....200/300 Monday/Thursday. After week one I'm good except that about a day post inject it feels like I've been hit with a bat. I've read this is because the oil is dissapating faster than the gear which is left in the muscle to cause pain. Is this correct? Any way to minimize this?
