Cheat day question

For thoes of you that eat 6 days clean and have 1 cheat day how do you do it?
Come cheat day I never eat all the stuff I think about durring the week. do you guys pre shop or make a list.lol.
I have all this stuff in my head then come cheat day I dont get half of it cuz I am busy or something then I feel jacked so I cheat again the next day.

I am new to the 6 clean 1 cheat. i used to have 1 cheat meal every day but my new diet is not set up that way.

dont do a whole cheat day if you are trying to lean down. if you can eat like i can you will take in far to many calories and it will slow progress. have a cheat meal.

personally i don't like the idea of a "cheat meal" at all. i like the idea if a clean bulk. i think ice cream, or fries or soda etc.. have no place in our diet ever.

things like burgers, cheesesteaks etc have lots of proteins so i see that as having a place. if you want a cheat meal, leave the suger shit or just pure fat shit out.

Ya cheat deals push you back so far. I used to have one cheat day a week, shit throws you off so badly. One cheat meal once a week is ideal. You can still get lean by it.

I see eating a double wester bacon chees burger from carls junior is not as bad as eatting a sunday or something. I do love cookies and shit but makes total sence. I will cut the junk out and eat pizza or burgers type stuff.

I also notice since doing this diet where I am on a strick time line and exact amounts of food to eat, time flys by. Reminds me of prison where you "program" basicaly do the same thing everyday to make time go by real fast. good for prison but bad for the streets imo. I need to find a comfort zone in the middle somewhere. or i will wake up one day and be 50yrs old and wonder what the hell happened.
