thats a meal called the belly buster at my uncles place forreal the cups of rice are the little stirafoam cups at resturants so it might not be a real cup ,but thats what I eat

and if anyone is doubting what i am saying. give this diet a try. i dare you to try and eat that much food. i am sitting at around 260 as of this morning and i cannot even come close to eating that much food.
i train and eat with some 300lb+ guys and they cannot come close to eating that much food. if anyone disagrees with what i am saying please feel free to tell me i am being to hard on dfc. but i have just never seen anyone that can eat like that for anymore then a day if that.. has anyone else? bigscott? I think this might be part of the problem, a "cup" of rice or oats or whatever may not be the actual correct measurement. Or this belly buster meal, is it a 2lb sandwich or actually 2 lbs of beef measured out? Are you using a little digital scale or just eyeballing it? I know I doubt I could eat half that in a day. 5 cups of oats at a time seems crazy, even by itself.

yes Im not weighing the food out myself when I order the food at lunch thats what it says 2 pounds and a cup of rice and I get 2 cups Ill even take a pic of the meal tomorrow I dont think its as big as u guys are thinking.

the meals that you listed are insanely large. the whole menu is almost imposable to eat in a day. i dont really know why you would say things like "5 cups of oatmeal" if you are not actually eating 5 cups..
be like saying i filled my car up with 100 gallons of fuel today... well maybe it wasn't gallons.. lol. |

It is possible to consume that many calories in a day B.....Now how it's done, is another story...A lot of college/nfl/super marathon runners consume 6K or even more a day...Michael Phelps diet in cals was up there...Just the food listed here is IMO out of left field....
