Last Meal of the Day

So around 10pm I have my last meal. I usually mix 50g of whey protein with a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This honestly does not keep me full nor does it even come close

I am thinkin about adding in Natural Peanut Butter to my shake and getting rid of the olive oil. Would this be to add even when i am trying to cut?

There are less than 5g of carbs per serving. When i used to eat cottage cheese, I was getting 6g of carbs per serving.

Eating them as in boiling or cooking them?

I don't want to waste time doing both. A shake and peanut butter would be quicker. Plus I don't even have peanut butter added to my diet.

do a whole meal or a casein/whey mix for slower digestion --

i am not a fan of taking in fats before bed -- i do a whole meal with a veg source be it broccoli , spinach, romaine , etc etc no carbs

I honestly used to do that before. Eat chicken and broccoli before bed. I just got lazy and did the shake. I will switch to that on days I don't have a lot of studying to do, and I'll keep the shake with peanut butter on days I have to study even more.

I'm suggesting you try it. Far better than peanut butter, different taste tho.
