Tuna with Egg whites

Wow Ive never had this before. Last night I made some egg boiled eggs and 1 can of tuna. I used 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. I mixed it in with the tuna and tasted awesome. I will contiune eating this every night before i go to sleep. I used to eat the tuna straight out of the can without nothing but it got boring with the same flavor everytime.

Here's another variation...

mix the tuna with 3 egg whites
make a patty
grill it
eat it

In a blender:
can of tuna, three whites, spices, lemon a bit of water. BLEND.

Then cook like pancakes. I dip mine in mustard. They dont taste fishy this way at all, I HATE FISH.

Tuna never gets old to me, and it's so easy to fix. I eat it with a little low fat mayo and sweet relish. DELISH!!! I will have to try the patties, they sound yummy.

I do the same with canned chicken. One big can chicken, three boiled egg whites, some light mayo, and relish for taste. Throw that on some whole wheat flax bread and you got yourself a awsome meal.

I fry my tuna in a pan with onion and some spices and when its done, pour the egg whites over it. stir it scrambled egg like. never tastes fishy and has a great texture.
