best protein formula of these 2
Pro-Complex - 4.4 Lb or 100% Whey Protein 10 lbs.
I am just a little confused as to what is the better move for me to use. I like the amount of protein per serving in pro-complex and I am kinda leaning in that direction but I just want to know if there is a bigger advantage in this formula over the standard Optimum Whey. Basically I’m looking for what will do the most for my body. Any insight would be appreciated. |

I like pro complex as a night time or early morning protien mix... has a superb blend of different protiens that have a steady absorbtion rate.
for post workout cant beat that 100% whey though =-]
