good or bad for cutting?

I had a 3 month layoff from the gym due to a neck and shoulder injury, which led me to not care about nutrition and made me gain too much bodyfat. I am now about 255lbs and 22%b.f. Tell me if the following meal plan sounds alright to help bring me back to 8-10%b.f in about 12 weeks. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Meal 1-2 cups oatmeal

Meal2(1 hor after meal 1)-2 whole omega eggs,10whites

Meal3(pre-training)-2 scoops iso-whey protein

Meal4-(post-training)-1 rtd nitro tech shake

Meal5-2 6oz chicken breast with plain garden salad

Meal6-same as meal 5 or 10-12oz of red meat

Meal7-cold veggies(peppers, celery, carrots) 2 scoop iso-whey.

I know fast acting carbs are good post training, but I really want to lose this fat

Combine meal 1 + 2, or add some protein to meal 1, never eat carbs alone. Also, at least throw some ground oatmeal into your PW shake

I'm with you. When cutting, regardless of what the gurus say, I ditch the post work-out carbs.
