in the mornings before school i fix myself an MRP for breakfast. I lately ive been brewing some coffee and putting it in my shake to wake me up a little better. Should i refrain from putting coffee in my shakes or does it matter? I know the only thing in coffee really is caffeine, so should i stop?
thanks... |

I don't think it really matters. Without coffee, I'm a zombie.

Go for it...It's a good pick-me-up!
It also gives your shake a different taste, for variety! |

Go for it! I used to do the same thing, only I would use the instant sugar-free flavored coffee and then mix it all together in a blender.

Coffee, cocoa powder and mint extract in a chocolate shake, yummy!
