Bro, you seem to have a handle on this "nutrition" gig, so I'd like to ask you a question. I'm TOTALLY oblivious to the nutritional principles. Can lift a ton like the rest of SM members. I want to cut, shred, rip the crap out of my body, right? Is it true that one must change their thought process to, "Weight Loss = Eating More? I mean like 5-6 meals per day, and extremely clean? I'm 39y/o, 6'4, 305lbs. and at 20-22% bf. I do 30mins. cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Train M,T,TH,F. Sometimes will do cardio after a workout too. Your feedback, and other VETS, most appreciated. Thanks.

Eating 5-7 meals a day keeps your blood sugar in check and increases thermogenesis(called the thermogenic effect of eating)so you're actually burning fat while eating frequent meals like that but they have to be medium portions, don't eat 5-7 big meals otherwise it would be counterproductive, make sure you are getting in quality protein, good fats and complex carbs(with simple carbs after workouts).

IntensityX, please excuse my ignorance. Yes, I meant to say smaller meals. Hey, I appreciate your post. Makes total sense to me. So do you do consultations? LOL? Thanks again.
