How much water should an individual be drinking over the course of a day? Is there some equation to calculate this amount? Thanks for your help.

I usually drink about a gallon a day,that is the average what weightlifters drink,some drink more and some who are less active drink about 10-12 glasses a day but if you are a serious weightlifter I would recommend at least 1 gallon a day.

I usually drink from 1 to 1.5 gallons per day..IKE
