mustard is basically calorie free. Most ketchup has a lot of sugar in it. But, unless your going through a bottle a day, it will make minimal impact on your physique.

Ketchup has some sodium and sugar in it ,not a big deal unless you`re in the last few days of contest prep.It`s effect on your physique will be next to nothing.Enjoy!
