The 11-game national preseason telecast schedule begins on Monday, Aug. 9 when the Denver Broncos face the Washington Redskins in the Hall of Fame Game (ABC, 9 p.m. ET). During the offseason, these two teams made a blockbuster trade that sent running back Clinton Portis to Washington and Champ Bailey to Denver. Then on Saturday, Aug. 28, a rematch of Super Bowl XXXVIII will take place when the Patriots play the Panthers in Carolina (CBS, 8 p.m. ET).
