Ken Shamrock fighting tonight on FREE TV!
Just thought id throw this out for anyone who cares that the ultimate fighter season finally is on free tv tonight on spike tv.
Ken Shamrock will be fighting Rich Franklin in the main event, and for those who have wanted to see some good MMA action but didnt want to pay the 30 bux for PPV this is a great oportunity!!! Check out Kens wiegh in pic on www.mmaweekly.com he looks phenominal!!! wieghing in at 202 but looks more like a solid, dry 220!!!! He looks the best shape ever right now and its gonna be a good fight!!! Its at 9pm on the west coast and this is a LIVE fight!!!

Yes it is in fact live!!! One of the executive producers of the show is a close family friend and he offered me tickets to the fight as long as i could find my own way to vegas but he didnt tell me this until this past week so it was too short notice for me.......also i train at American Kickboxing Academy which has 2 contestants in the show who are fighting tonight (Bobby Southworth and Mike Swick). This is absolutely going to be a LIVE broadcast guys!!!
And no Ken isnt fighting next week on UFC 53.....that show will feature Randy Couture vs. Chuck Liddell for the LHW title and Matt Hughes vs. Frank Trigg for the WW title. You can find the rest of the Apr. 16 UFC 53 card at www.ufc.tv or at www.mmaweekly.com in the rumors section. All the contestants from the show will in fact fight but only the finals for the contracts and of course Ken Shamrocks fight will be on tv due to time constraints. Creeping Death, i know what you mean, and the fights arent all edited with dramatic music like on the contender or the next great champ show.

yeah he is fighting tonite for sure. i have already bet this fight. i am all over franklin to kick his ass.
you can check all the vegas odds of this and the other fights in one of my threads in the gambling forum.

Yeah that was a let down for me... I was lookin forward to seein shamrock fight all week lol. I guess that wouldve happened to anybody though if you slip against franklin

My wife said he cant keep his balance anymore after having his head rocked all these years. I say it was from the previous fights. I thought he would have done better though... knda felt bad for the old guy

I really want to know what would've happened had shamrock not slipped. He was all over franklin in the beginning and almost had a lock on him. But like he said, if he lost this fight then that's it for him, but if he won then he'd keep going. Sucks man.

I was to drunk to even remeber the shamrock fight, but forest and the other kid are gonna be some good fighters. That was an amazing fight.
