...can stir emotion and bring back a flood of memories?

I downloaded a coulpe of theme songs yesterday....the old CBS NBA playoff music, and the CBS college football theme.

Listening to the old NBA playoff theme, I got hit with a flood of memories of Magic Johnson and Larry Bird battling it out...and then memories of Laimbeer and Thomas wreaking havoc in the Bad Boys era.

Listening to the CBS college football tune, I remembered watching 'Rocket' Ismail runnning back punts and kickoffs for touchdowns, the heated rivalry between Michigan and Notre Dame from the late 80s and early 90s, and the Texas A&M 'Wrecking Crew' defense terrorizing quarterbacks.

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! I AM A DIE HARD N.D. FAN!!!! FOR YOU TO BRING THE ROCKET UP RIGHT NOW GAVE ME GOOSEBUMPS!!! I ACTUALLY GOT HIS AUTOGRAPH ON A PAIR OF ND BOXERS BACK IN THE DAY!

And wasn't it the best AND worst moment against Colorado in the bowl game when Rocket ran for a touchdown on that kickoff that they called back for a clipping ....then it ended up not at ALL a clipping???
