OHIO STATE VS. MICHIGAN

Who are you taking in this game and why? And do you think whoever wins this will win the national title... :dancingne

I agree. However, as usual, whoever hangs on to the ball the best, (NO, or the least amount of turnovers--and if they do turn it over, where on the field it happens), will be the winner. Either way it should be a dandy. BB

I like OSU I think they are a more complete team on both sides of the ball then MICH. But I think it will be a real good game...

Well, Michigan didn't win...but the game lived up to the hype...lots of back-and-forth momentum swings, and a tight score to finish.

As much as the popularity has swinged towards a rematch. I still want to see something new. Yes OS won, but I think they will do even better next time. So as if now, I say let Ark. take a shot at it. (assuming the enevitable (sp). and let's go at it. But at the same time if OS beat Mi, it would be undesputed...

The thing is that of all the one loss teams out there now, Michigan is the best. And that one loss came against the number one team in the BCS standings by only 3 points. I don't see how you can't give Michigan a shot at the national title. Plus it would be sweeter as an Ohio State fan to see them beat Michigan twice in the same year, once for the national championship.

That was an awesome game. Two defenses allowing only 20 points per game combined gave up 81 points.

Arkansas will lose to LSU...USC will lose to ND, Florida will spank FSU...maybe. This will mess the whole BCS thing up. Too many good one loss teams...ND, Florida, Michigan, etc. Then you have Boise State who is still undefeated and think they deserve a shot, but strength of schedule proves otherwise.

I know that I'm the worlds' biggest fan of the SEC (even though I HATE all but one of the teams like you can't even imagine) BUT this game made me believe that either one of those teams would have just stomped anyone from the SEC (East or West) - the coaching and play calling was phenomenal...

It was a great game...but I'm not sure to if I want see a part two...Maybe last year if it would have happened wit USC vs. Texas with all of the explosive offenses but not these two teams...not taking anything from them but rather see another team play OSU...

Huh?! These were two damn good defenses and each teams' offense scored around 40 points. Make no mistake, these are two explosive offenses.

Vegas put too much emphasis on the defense & they missed the total by a mile. It was 40. I'm guessing if there is a rematch they'll have the next game around 60 or so. However, I bet the defenses will actually figure it out and the game will go under...probably all hypothetical though. Time will tell.
