graham (hattons corner) just told cortez (ref), in the middle of the changing room pre fight ref briefing that he didn't want his fighter (hatton) penalised for his aggressive style of inside fighting.
THIS COULD BE CRITICAL IF the ref breaks them op very often then the refereeing will lend itself to Maywethers style since he likes to fight from distance whereas hatton probably needs to get inside a la Tyson. The build up fights have run over and Hatton should have been in the ring up to 1 hr ago. Not good for an English fighter fighting abroad being nervous an all and being kept waiting.
