General Tso's chicken, BOUNCER style. No fat.

I usually eat this about an hour after my post workout shake. Im running Insulin at 15iu post workout so I cant really take in much fat for about 8 hours after the shot. Here is how to make it, very easy and very good.

First the ingredients:

1.Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins. (I buy them from Costco but you can get them anywere.)

2. Snap Peas. (Also bought at costco, I buy them frozen.)

3. Iron Chef General Tso's Sauce. ( I haven't seen this in any other place then Costco but im not sure. Here is the site incase you cant find it www.ironchefproducts.com .)

1. All I do is cut up the Tenders ( I use about 8 tenders) into bite size bits and let them cook in a regular skillet.

2. After the chicken is all cooked I add about a cup of peas and let them cook for about 10 minutes.

3. I pour about 4 Tbsp of Gen Tso's on top of the chicken and peas and mix it together.

Thats it! Takes about 10 minutes to make.

30 Grams of Carbs

The carbs are in the sauce and a little in the peas. not really worried about the carbs. if i feel hypo from the slin i will have some juice along with the meal. I dont cook the chicken in anything. I just let it cook in its own juices. Once I add the peas that adds more moisture.

im talking about the Tso's sauce and olive oil. Sugar in the sauce and fat in the olive oil. Not the best mix for a diet food. Thats what I ment.

I find that without the snap peas its not as good. Its not the peas that come in a can. Its the peas still in there shell that you buy fresh.

This sounds good too, Bounce!! I'm trying all kinds of new shit. I like the fact that you are using tuna and oatmeal together in your tuna cake recipe. I thought I was the only one that liked this combination in preparing my meals. Great protein and carb sources.

I bought all the ingredients yesterday at BJ's. Tried it today and damn is it good! My only complaint is it takes too damn long getting the snap peas out of their pods. I bought them fresh and went through a whole container just to get 3/4 of a cup. Talk about lazy huh...This recipe takes 10 mins to cook and I am complaining...LOL...Thanks Bouncer
