Bacon and eggs - a substitute - please

Is there a good relatively low fat high protein "english fry up" bacon, eggs, etc

It would be nice on a sunday morning to eat clean and still go with the rest of the family

"tried french bacon and eggs - bacon, 6 eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes stuck in a skillet and baked"

is there a good substitute for the bacon though

unless you have an upcomin comp., shit, don't worry about it.
every Sunday is not gonna hurt your gains whatsoever, your also eating 1st thing in the mornin which is better than right before bed, fry it tell it's crispy it will burn off a lot of fat than pat dry.

bro, just enjoy Sunday dinner with your family

While turkey bacon is lower in fat than regular, it's still high so you might as well eat the regular stuff, just not a ton of it, like 2 slices will be enough for you to enjoy having the bacon without killing your diet. The lower fat turkey bacon tastes like plastic, not worth it.

Canadian bacon is good, cook in a non-stick skillet on high so it gets crispy. Then just go with 5 egg whites and a whole egg and you'll be doing good.

try baking the bacon on a rack with a pan below it. a lot of the fat drips off. If you fry it, it sits in its own fat and gets absorbed

bacons not that bad really. I cook mine in the microwave in a bunch of paper towels. most of the grease is absorbed by the paper towels and the bacon is crispy. I just use on piece and crumble it into my egg white along with onions and green peppers...I say that is damn healthy.
