Add flavor to your bland morning oats
What's up everyone. I'm not sure if anyone already does this, but I'm fankly getting sick and tired of the bland oats in the morning.
A few days ago, I decided to add a little flavor to the mix. I put 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter, and a 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup in my cooked oats. It really adds alot of flavor, and gives you a nice shot of your healthy fats, without the added sugar. Try it out, and let me know of any other add ins for plain ole oats |

I like several of these. I usually do cinnamon or applesauce and cinnamon. I've also done eggwhites in the oatmeal. All pretty decent
