EGGS AND GROUND BEEF

1.Take some lean ground meat and cook it up in a skillet with seasoning, garlic(real or powder) and cut up onions (I usually cook extra and freeze in bags)

2.Drain all the fat from pan.

3.When your ready to eat put enough for your meal in a skillet to reheat .You can also add some cut up bell peppers at this time.

4.Put in 3 eggs after meat is heated ( I use 1 whole and 2 whites)

5.Let cook for a few minutes and then keep mixing it up until eggs are cooked

6.Pour in a bowl and eat.

This is real fast and easy once the meat is prepared.Im sure you guys will add your own twists.Let me know.

This is old, but this is what I make everyday. I used 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and about 10 oz. of lean ground beef. Brown the beef, drain, start scrambling the eggs and when they are almost done i drop in the ground meat. and mix it all together. I get about 2 servings out of this. I'll usually eat this with a few slices of sourdough bread if I'm throwing in a complex carb.

I do this a lot too. Other thing I do which showes how lazy I am and actually saves whole lot of time and since all ready it's faster too, I use a cup of pace hot or mild salsa you can either just put the egg whites or the ground beef in it or both it tastes really good. and like I said it's super fast. :nerdnew:

Try buffalo. Leaner than beef, but more expensive.
