turkey sausage and eggs
1.Take some link turkey sausage and cook it up in a skillet (I usually cook extra and freeze in bags)
2.Cut it up into small pieces. 3.When your ready to eat put enough for your meal in a skillet to reheat .It depends on how big the links are but I usually use one link per meal. 4.Put in 3 eggs after meat is heated ( I use 1 whole and 2 whites) 5.Let cook for a few minutes and then keep mixing it up until eggs are cooked 6.Pour in a bowl and eat. This is another real fast and easy one once the meat is prepared.
