Flourless Oatmeal Cookies
Soften 3tbs of margerine and mix with one beaten egg.
Fold in 2 cups of oats, one cup of splenda, and one tsp. of cinnamon. form into cookies. bake on greased tray for 12-15 minutes at 350. you can also add in protein powder if you want. really good--low gi, low fat, high protein. |

Thx for the recipe. One of my bodybuilding buddies just found out he's allergic to gluten--I'll have to pass this onto him.

I had a similar recipe where we used peanut butter instead of margarine and there was a significant amount of protein powder which sweetened the cookies and we only used a little Splenda.

I just made my own version of this and i was very pleased
I used 3tbs natty PB [microwaved to soften] 1 cup oats 1 very small tbs butter [it seemed a bit dry so i put this in] 1/4 cup splenda 1tbs cinnamon form into cookies pam down your sheet cook at 350 for 10-12min |
