low fat holiday snacks
The holidays are here and I was wondering if anyone had some healthy but tasty recipes. Especially for egg nog I love it but it's loaded with calories, any one have a recipe thats at least half the calories?

Of course I do.
You just take two eggs, one tomato and a handful of creatine and put in the oven for about 25 minutes. Should be your ideal thanksgiving meal. |

Nothing for the eggnog, but I was thinking that candied almond recipe that Bouncer posted up a while ago might work. Something like covering wet almonds in splenda, then baking for a while. look it up, its in the recipe section.
its not low fat, but its a healthier version of a holiday type snack. and of course its very healthy fat. |
