Forman Grill Recipes

I love my forman grill but I need some recipe or marinade ideas, does anyone have any suggestions? I use a lot of salad dressings and Emerils essence spices and seasonings. Ive also been eating a lot of those pre-packaged tuna steaks they have 25-35 grams of protein and taste awesome. Best part is they only need 30 seconds in the microwave! Please share if you have any good recipes to try im open to anything!

Matt

The only thing I make on my foreman is turkey burgers (99% lean).

Hahaha I can see how that would work out just like an outdoor grill. I just dont want the thing stinking in my kitchen.

You can use just about any dry rub. The foreman is good at searing in the flavors.

also try making a chop steak, mix some lean ground beef or sirloin with a couple eggs and a little bit of bread crumbs. Cook about 10 minutes and add some A1, then your good to go

Sounds tasty Im going to try that next.

Heres a tip I dont think many of you have bacon in your diets but my family wanted bacon with Christmas brunch so I used the foreman. It took forever to cook and it didnt come out so great. Someone brought the super fatty stuff which is a heart attack in a pack. Im sure if you cooked up some lean bacon like the center-cut stuff it would come out good.

Get some mushroom caps and sautee them a little bit so that they are still a little firm, Get some ground turkey, season it the way you want, and form two patties place the caps in the middle of one patty and then top with the other patty and form one "stuffed" burger and put them on the grill. I have no idea what the nutritional value is but they are pretty damn good!
