50 lbs of frozen shrimp...
I was just given 50 lbs of frozen shrimp and I have no idea what I'm going to do with it all. Most of the recipes I've found on the net are high in fat and time-consuming... :hmmm:

Have they been peeled and deveined? If so, throw them ona scewer then on the grill. You can marinate some in some lemon juice or soy sauce. You can wrap some of them with bacon. If you don't want to eat the bacon because of the fat then don't, but the flavor will do wonders for the shrimp. Or just boil them and eat them plain.

Grilled Shrimp with Grapefruit Zest
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated grapefruit zest 1 teaspoon fructose 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste 1 1/4 pounds extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1. In a large bowl, combine oil, zest, fructose, salt, and pepper. Whisk to blend. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. 2. Prepare a hot fire in the grill. Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until bright pin and opaque.
