Barley Risotto
Barley Risotto
2 quarts of water 1 c. diced carrots 1 c. diced onions 1 c. diced celery 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon of olive oil & 1-1/2 c. pearl barley (rised) 1. Bring the water, carrots,onions, celery, bay leaves, & olive oil to a boil. 2. Once boiling add barley and cook for approx 20-30 mins., run it through a strainer. Eat. 3.
