Tuna Recipes

Just wondering if anybody has some interesting low fat tuna recipes. I'm getting so sick of eating this shit. I try to eat 2 cans a day because its economical and quick to prepare. Right now I eat it with some tomato sauce on top, but its getting old quick. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I've been doing the "two cans of tuna, 500ml's of apple juice, one cup of oats, a dash of cinnamon and blend" recipe - gone in sixty seconds and I can be on my way...

LOL - I measure everything - it's just a habit now (that and the side of the blender has a nice little mark on it)...
