Bouncer's "A little taste of the holidays any day of the week" Recipe.

After Thursdays thanksgiving meal we had a shit load of leftovers. Friday morning I was back to my diet. I started to think to myself, "damn I wish I could eat that kind of food everyday". As I was making my brown rice and chicken meal a thought crossed my mind, "what if I added a little cranberry sauce to my brown rice and chicken". The result was a healthy post workout meal that tasted pretty damn good. Adding the cranberry sauce adds a little sugar to the brown rice and chicken meal but this is something I am not concerned with as it is a post workout meal and is eaten early in the day around 1pm. Its surprising how good it taste actually. The chicken plays the roll of the turkey, the brown rice plays the roll of the stuffing, and the cranberry sauce just adds to that "holiday taste".

The servings I use is as follows:

1 Chicken Breast
1 and a half cups Brown Rice
3 Tbsp cranberry sauce (the kind with the whole cranberry's still in the sauce.)

Hope you guys enjoy.
