Oatmeal meatloaf

Pretty basic I cook this in a crockpot overnight.

2 c tomato juice
1.75 c oatmeal
2-3 eggs
chopped onion and green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper
couple tbls of horseradish
Ketchup (I never measured this out just squirt a bunch in)
4 lbs 96% lean beef

Mush in a big ass bowel and then put it in the crockpot.

I cook on low for 8-10 hours.

R.P. McMurphy is on a distinguished road
I was wondering why we don't see more meatloaf recipes. I think it's a great food but I never thought to add horserradish to it. I'll have to try that.
